Do you work in a specific industry?
No single industry defines the company. Operithm works with agencies, B2B services, expert-led businesses, and startups where valuable work repeats or a useful product needs to be built.
Which tools and technologies do you use?
The stack follows the system. It may include APIs, workflow platforms, managed databases, modern full-stack frameworks, cloud services, model APIs, analytics, and client-approved tools.
Do you only use AI?
No. Stable rules are often safer for validation, calculations, permissions, and irreversible actions. AI is used where language, retrieval, classification, or summarization creates useful value.
Will AI make decisions for us?
AI can retrieve, prepare, classify, recommend, draft, and perform bounded low-risk actions. Consequential decisions keep explicit human or deterministic controls.
How long does a project take?
An Automation Sprint is designed for about ten business days. Business systems commonly take four to eight weeks. Full-stack products commonly take six to sixteen weeks.
Do you provide source code and documentation?
The agreement defines source, account, license, export, and handover rights. Client ownership and recoverability are designed before the build.
How much does work cost?
Blueprints are $1,000-$2,000. Automation Sprints begin at $2,500, Business Systems at $6,000, Product Builds at $12,000, and Systems Care at $750 per month.
Can you guarantee savings or revenue?
No. A baseline and measurement method can be defined before building. Operithm reports what was observed without guaranteeing outcomes outside the system.
